谈昊（中四启元一班 4O1, 2026） 当飞机降落在江北国际机场，山城此起彼伏的轮廓映入眼帘。这也标志着我们为期十四天的学习之旅就此开始。在这十四天里，我们学习历史、感受文化、见证发展，在一次次交流与探索中不断拓展视野，收获新知识与成长。 山城重庆：现代与历史交织的城市 研学的第一站是重庆。这座依山而建的城市被誉为“8D魔幻城市”，错综复杂的立交桥、穿楼而过的李子坝轻轨以及临江而立的洪崖洞，共同构成了独特的城市风貌。一路上，我们还经过许多横跨长江的大桥，感受到这座“桥都”的壮观与活力。 重庆最吸引我的，是现代繁华与历史底蕴的并存。这里既有解放碑商圈川流不息的人潮和璀璨夺目的夜景，也有磁器口古镇的悠闲与烟火气息。现代化建设与传统文化在这里和谐共存，展现出西部重镇蓬勃发展的生命力。 最令我难忘的是大型沉浸式舞台剧《重庆1949》。演员们真挚而富有感染力的表演，将解放战争时期那段波澜壮阔的历史呈现在观众眼前。所谓 “为有牺牲多壮志，敢教日月换新天”，那一刻，我深刻体会到今天来之不易的和平与繁荣，是无数先辈奋斗与牺牲的成果。...

吴曜轩（中三启元一班 3O1, 2026） 今年五月，我有幸以双文化奖学金得主的身份参加越南浸濡之旅 。越南作为发展中国家，我一开始便认为那里不仅设施落后、卫生条件差，还觉得没什么值得一去的。但是通过七天的学习之旅，我对越南的看法产生了翻天覆地的变化：我被他们淳朴的民情所感动、被他们热情的态度所感染、被他们多彩的文化所折服。这场学习之旅，我收获颇丰，不过令我印象最深刻的无异于越南战争遗迹博物馆、与当地学生的交流，和下龙湾之旅。 在胡志明市，我们参观了至今让史实历历在目的越南战争遗迹博物馆。记得当时参观完毕，我的心情久久难以平复，同时对战争感到厌恶和憎恨。战争仅是政治人物之间的勾心斗角，沉痛的代价却要让无辜的老百姓来承担。虽说战争是人类的“调节器”，但这个“调节器”的代价属实是超过了人类所能承受的。 在越南战争中，美军进行了数次惨无人道的屠杀，并使用了被禁止的生化武器（如脱叶剂、凝固汽油弹等），越共也虐杀了许多美军。这令我十分震惊与气愤，同时也明白了掌权者能够做出的行为很多时候都是不正义的，而口口声声宣扬人道主义的政权也会做出伤天害理的事情。与

殷齐泽（中一汇聚三班 1A3，2026） 刚开始参加第二学段第3至第10周的寄宿课程（Integrated Boarding Programme，简称IBP）时，我觉得最困难的不是学习，而是照顾自己。离开家后，我才发现，原来平时在家里许多事情都是父母处理的，而现在却需要自己独立完成。虽然一开始很不习惯，但这段经历让我学会了独立和自我管理，也让我成长了许多。 刚搬进宿舍时，我对新的环境感到十分陌生。每天早上自己起床对我来说就是一项挑战。我平时在家习惯有人提醒，因此到了宿舍后，经常因为赖床而差点迟到。有时候闹钟响了，我会想着再睡几分钟，结果一不小心就耽误了时间。后来，我开始设置多个闹钟提醒自己，也尝试早点休息，慢慢养成了按时起床的习惯。 除了起床，折被子也是一个不小的挑战。我以前从来没有认真学过如何折被子，所以刚开始总是折得歪歪扭扭。有时候看着别人三两下就完成了，我却还在反复整理被子，难免感到有些挫败。不过，经过每天练习，我渐渐掌握了技巧，现在能把被子折得更整齐，也折得更快。 洗衣服更让我头痛，因为我以前很少自己动手。我常常忘记什么时候该洗衣
